Decided to get a cake smash photoshoot instead of an elaborate birthday party for my son’s first birthday and I have no regrets choosing Fion to mark this special occasion for us! She is patient and understands babies well; giving them time to warm up to her before starting the shoot proper. It’s not easy to make a baby smile at the camera but her energetic and fun personality helped to capture the best shots of my child. She is easy to be around with – which is really important for my husband and I, as we aren’t naturals in front of the camera. She made us feel right at home and that reflected in our photos; we didn’t look awkward at all! 100% would recommend her to anyone looking for photoshoots with babies!

This is the first time we have had a photoshoot. I was quite nervous because my husband and I are not comfortable in front of the camera. We opted for the family shoot and the cake smash for my daughter. On arrival we were put at ease and my daughter was kept entertained throughout. The studio is lovely, and the session was straightforward, we were provided with lots of guidance, which is handy if you are awkward in front of the camera. The experience at the studio was nice and my nerves were put at ease. We received the photos within 2 weeks, and I must admit I was worried that they would not look good. However when I opened the file, I was extremely happy with the result! My husband and I LOVE the photos, I am so happy with how they turned out and I would highly recommend Fion Boon Photography to anyone seeking a photographer.

As a first time parents, we’d like to treasure every moment, with our little one. Having this photoshoot, makes it even more special to cherish this milestone.
We really had a wonderful experience with Fion together with her assistant. This is our very first photoshoot here in Singapore as a foreigner and we are just too self-concious to take a pose. But Fion and her assistant made it really fun and comfortable. They are very accomodating, they advised most of the poses and they are very professional.. Fion is very patient and gentle with my baby throughout the whole process. She helped to feed my baby and manage to calm him down when he started to get cranky.
